ADIDAS ORIGINALS UNVEILS PROPHERE REFILL PACK

After unveiling the adidas Originals Prophere sneaker in early December, today, the Three Stripes returns with a brand new iteration of the already popular shoe. Introducing an updated colorway in the disruptive, street-ready silhouette, adidas releases it’s new version of the shoe.
The Prophere strips adidas’ design language to its core before amplifying each element. Featuring a one-piece, soft knit gray upper, the base of the shoe is structured by an enlarged gray 3-stripe branding that acts as the shoe’s lacing system. To finish off the sneaker’s look, adidas adds a structural heel cage and reinforced tongue. This is then placed atop of a bulky midsole with fluid lines and dynamic texture, while embroidered details are included in the medial side to give the shoes a distinctive look.
The adidas Prophere pulls its inspiration from the aesthetic of the 1990s. Taking a more retro approach with its bulky midsole, the Three Stripes creates a silhouette that ties in with today’s trend of bulky sneaker styles.

The all-new adidas Originals Prophere in gray will be available globally at select adidas Originals stores and via adidas.com starting Tues., Dec. 26, for a suggested price of $120.

PUSHA T SHOWS OFF UNRELEASED ADIDAS HUMAN RACE NMD

Rapper Pusha T is the latest celebrity to flex an unreleased pair of adidas Human Race NMDs on Instagram. Posting the sneakers on the popular social media outlet late last night, King Push unveiled the rare collaborative Friends and Family shoes in a purple colorway.
Known for his close affiliation with the Three Stripes, it’s no surprise that Push is the owner of the rare sneakers, even before a lot of other hip-hop acts. Sharing the photo with his millions of followers on Monday night, Pusha wrote in the caption’s photo, “Friends and family only… #Love.” Providing a detailed look at the shoes, the “Numbers on the Board” rapper flaunted this never-before-seen purple pair of NMDs. With hits of khaki on the shoe laces and sock liner, the pair features white lettering on each toe front.

The adidas Human Race NMDs by Pharrell first debuted in the fall of 2016. Releasing in a yellow and black colorway, the shoes were immediately sold out upon their release. Since then, Pharrell has released a slew of NMD iterations as well as several Friends and Family pairs.
